I had the pleasure last year of being a panelist at the 17th Virtual Dialogue hosted by the UN Women Training Centre’s Community of Practice (CoP).
We explored the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on gender equality trainers and training for gender equality across the globe.
Find the report below, which summarizes the key findings of our dialogue – highlighting how gender equality trainers have navigated the pandemic, the challenges we have faced, the opportunities we have built on, and recommendations for the future of transformative training for gender equality in a post-pandemic world.
Thank you to our fabulous facilitator Lucy Ferguson and amazing co-panelists, Daniela Moreno Alarcón, PhD Nnamdi Eseme and Álvaro Campos Guadamuz. To access the recording see: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tRedikgDIPM&t=2136s
