AROUND THE WORLD, WOMEN ARE ALREADY LEADING CHANGE. WORLD PULSE ENSURES THEY DON'T HAVE TO DO IT ALONE.
Across 195 countries, more than 90,000 women are building a global network to supercharge their leadership. On World Pulse, women turn ideas into collective action — proving that when women support one another, communities thrive.
HALF THE WORLD'S LEADERS ARE HELD BACK BY GENDER INEQUITY
women and girls live with profund gender inequity
- systematically limiting access to education, healthcare, economic opportunity, connections, and decision making power.

Over 70% of Sustainable Development Goals depend on gender equity to succeed,
- according to the latest Equal Measures 2030 report.

Yet, a girl born today will not live to see gender equity in her lifetime.
The World Economic Forum estimates it will take 135 years to close the global gender gap, and not one single country on Earth has achieved it yet.
Women continue to face systemic barriers to leadership, influence, funding, and the networks needed to drive change.
ON WORLD PULSE, WOMEN CONNECT TO SUPERCHARGE THEIR LEADERSHIP
We connect women changemakers worldwide to the relationships, knowledge, and opportunities they seek to lead and drive change.

Award-Winning Stories
From Classrooms to Clinics - Leaders on World Pulse Report Life-changing Outcomes
“We sent mails to the authorities like Prime Minister, President and the Supreme Court Judges and got a positive response. We have even organized a protest where we voiced out how community dogs too have the right to live and eat as the humans do. Personally, we have done various awareness campaigns too in order to emphasize the need of each and every species in this environment.”
WHAT'S NEXT: A Truly Community-Led World Pulse
World Pulse began by ensuring that women had a safe space to tell their experiences and be heard. Over time, we learned that stories create relationships, relationships build collective strength, and that strength started changing systems and entire ways of thinking. Our history has shown us that the women in our network are the ones driving the change. They understand better than anyone else what their communities need and what it will take to scale solutions to these challenges around the world — which is why they should be the ones making the decisions on where we focus our efforts. And that's exactly what we're doing: over the next 12 months, we are building an organizational structure that shifts leadership and decision-making to our community.
To shift power from institution to community, we have:
- Completed a global community listening process to shape the future of World Pulse.
- Launched community governance committees to guide strategy, programs, and organizational priorities.
- Approved a technology roadmap by community representatives, ensuring the platform evolves in response to their needs.
- Expanded stipended opportunities for community members to facilitate programs, steward initiatives, and strengthen the network.
Invest in Women’s Leadership
More than 90,000 women across 195 countries are already connecting on World Pulse to solve global challenges. A solution shared in Nairobi sparks an idea in Manila. A partnership formed in São Paulo inspires action in Kathmandu. As more women connect, collaborate, and lead together, their collective impact grows, reaching further and faster than any one leader could achieve alone. Advance gender equity. Accelerate change for everyone.
