October 11 1964 Reed Jeppson vanished from the scene of his home, he told his sister Suzanne he was going to feed his dogs as he took a can of dog food opened it and headed out. He was told to return home in 30 minutes time for dinner. He replied, 'Oh I"ll be back'.

Out of the door.....The Mystery begins....

Reed had two dogs Germain short haired pointed that he loved so much. He trained both dogs how to hunt for birds. He was also a paper boy at that time. Also he was an Eagle scout. Reed was a bright young man and a loving elder brother to his brothers and sisters. During and after search and investigations people speculated that he could have been abducted while taking his dogs for a walk or he was kidnapped. At the time when he got missing it was reported that there was a pedophile who was living around the area and was sexually abusing teenage boys. This brought about more fear to his family and friends.The case did not have so much media coverage in that time.

Was he captured by this strange person?

Who could have possibly taken him away from his family?
