" The flight of freedom"

“Every small incident of life is a story weaved in itself. Whether we agree or not, whether we believe or not, every moment which has inspired or motivated us to take a decision is a story which can influence thousands of others.”

It may be a simple incident to you or you may not realize the gravity of that situation, but the story shared can encourage hundreds of more women entangled in similar situation and who are confused about taking any kind of decision.

When you first thought and decided to break the routine and live a day for yourself, or when you stood firmly in support of someone in distress or when you went for the first match which was in a neighboring city all by yourself, when you first decided you have to live for others, or wrote the first poem to empower yourself and others, every moment is important, as you are.

There is uniqueness in every precise moment of life which molds us and also our life. The decision empowers us with courage and determination to reach our destination and meet our goal.

The story of your life, your experience can inspire thousands of women across the globe. You never know which word can inspire and which thought can motivate!

When my Mom said to me while I was in school, “You do not have any kind of imagination. You have to imagine being able to create and then write about it in form of a composition”. I was always subdued when it came to essays, poetry and any other form of creative writings.

Only to notice and realize few years later, that I had the natural flow of writings poems, thereby letting me win short story and spot poems competitions.

Thus the imagination was present and so was creativity ,but it needed a vent and a form which could let it express freely.

Like a bird who wants to fly high, the liberty of flapping its wings, the courage of flying far, the determination of gliding high over the mountains can make the flight more beautiful . This journey is the flight of freedom which every soul wishes for.

As a winner in these competitions, I got as a prize “Crime and Punishment” by Dostoevsky and a novel by Nobel Laureate Rabindranath Tagore. Way back then I was in high school, I chose Tagore to read first and never stopped after that. Writing became natural and spontaneous, although it became intermittent because various other involvements and duties as I gradually grew up.

Meanwhile for years together after graduation, I worked in the field of Powder Metallurgy, a science of making metal powders along with my Dad. This is another interest which passionates me equally other than art.

Decades later when we were in UAE, the silence and beauty of golden sands and the tall date palm trees fascinated me ,the passion for writing resurfaced and blossomed into a wonderful flower ,which allowed me to continue my interest for writing and I started writing poetry on my blogs. Within a span of four years, I had penned more than two thousand poems and the viewership of blogs reached in millions. Four poetry books got published and this journey of sincerity, humility and perseverance started with writing .

Although I loved to write about nature more, I started penning on social issues which were signs of inhumaneness prevailing in every section of society and in every corner of the world. When Kafla Intercontinental, an graced me with “Sahityashree” award it was an honour for the written word and the thoughts which spoke for humanity. Similarly when WorldPulse conferred certificate for Digital Empowerment ,it was a moment of pride to be on this global platform. The journey with WorldPulse thus started three years ago and it still continues to empower me with its innovative ways and co -operation where I have learnt and empowered myself more.

With the urge to be able to fulfill my vision “To create a world which is free from tangles of discrimination of gender, caste, creed, race, nation, status and religion - which is the ultimate goal for future”,an all artists group called Revolutionary Pens was formed which connects artists across the world to join hands for one cause i.e. Humanity.

As I believe "Future lies in our hands".In our own voice , shall we echo as one ,for the sake of dying humaneness”. Still to get acquire its complete structure, Revolutionary Pens will be reared into a well-defined project soon.

With lot of encouragement from sincere friends, having immense belief in my writings and calibre from my own special friend,Shaheen, who pushed me to almost all fields of art where I never had thought I would get involved into. Right from novel writing, photography, music to scripts and films, I am beginning to step into each and every field gradually and with an urge to gain more and more experience I intend to learn and evolve myself, as it is said, “Learning is a continuous process, the moment we cease to learn, we cease to exist.”

And today, I find myself on the crux ,wherein I have enabled and empowered my thoughts to start a journey , a company of my own ,on my own with a sense of courage to go forth with my very own first project.
