The initiative peace for young minds has impacted more than we had expected. We initially targeted 500 children but the impact went beyond 1500 children. After giving them the tools to be responsible citizens living and practicing the virtues of peace, these young minds became peace Ambassadors in their communities preaching love, tolérance, humility, forgiveness and acceptance.
We have been able to lay the foundation stone and hope that these Ambassadors will keep the flame burning and everyone around them will light their candles of peace from this flame. Inorder to have resilient communities, peace has to be at the centre of every action.
