Lorelei Molinari Home of Mental Health Information & Support Groups: Helping People Around the World

Hello! My name is Lorelei Molinari. I started Lorelei Molinari Home of Mental Health Information & Support Groups to help people with mental health problems. We are here to help adults with Autism, ADHD, Anxiety, Social Anxiety, Depression, Loneliness, and Bipolar Disorder.

Our Goal

This year, we want to help 1,000 people all over the world. We do this using Zoom. Our services are free. You can join our groups and get support from other people who understand what you are going through.

How to Join Us

  1. Visit Our Website: Go to https://www.mentalhealthsupportgroups.org/ to learn more.
  2. Leave a Message: On our website, leave a message. Tell us what help you need. Please include your contact information.
  3. Get Zoom Links: We will send you Zoom links and times for the support groups.
  4. Join the Sessions: Join the Zoom meetings at the scheduled times. You can have your camera on or off—whatever makes you comfortable.

We Are Here for You

We want to help you feel better. Our groups are a safe place to talk about your problems and get help from others. You are not alone. Our facilitators are trained to provide a supportive environment where you can share your experiences and learn from others.

Our Services

We offer various services to meet your needs:

  • Support Groups on Zoom: Our Zoom support groups are for anyone who needs help. They are safe spaces to talk and get support.
  • Free Services: All our services are free. We believe that everyone should have access to help, no matter their financial situation.
  • Flexible Participation: You can join with your camera on or off. We want you to feel comfortable.
  • Global Reach: We help English-speaking people all over the world. No matter where you are, you can join us.

Raising Funds

We are raising money to help more people. Donations help us keep our services free and reach more people. Here’s how your donations help:

  • Expand Our Reach: We can help more people in more places.
  • Improve Our Services: We can offer better support and more resources.
  • Raise Awareness: We can let more people know about our services.

How You Can Help

We need your help to reach our goal of supporting 1,000 people. Here’s how you can help:

  • Donate: If you can, please donate on our website. Any amount helps. Your donation will go directly to helping people with mental health problems.
  • Spread the Word: Tell your friends and family about us. Share our website and social media posts.
  • Volunteer: If you have experience in mental health care, you can help us as a volunteer. We need people to help facilitate support groups and provide peer counseling.
  • Social Media: We need volunteers to write social media posts. This helps us reach more people who need support.
  • Video Content: We also need volunteers to make videos for TikTok and our many YouTube channels. These videos help spread the word and reach more people who might need our help.

Why We Do This?

Mental health is important. Many people struggle with mental health problems, and it can be hard to find help. We want to make it easier for people to get the support they need. We believe that by supporting each other, we can all feel better and live better lives. WE ARE NOT DOCTORS!

Our Commitment

We are committed to providing a safe, supportive environment for everyone who joins our groups. Our facilitators are trained to ensure that everyone feels welcome and heard. We understand that talking about mental health can be hard, but we are here to help make it easier.

The Importance of Peer Support

Peer support means getting help and support from people who have similar experiences to you. This can be very powerful because these people really understand what you're going through. They can offer advice, share their own experiences, and provide comfort and reassurance. Peer support can help you feel less alone and more understood.

We cover a wide range of mental health topics in our support groups. This includes:

  • Autism: Understanding and managing the unique challenges of autism.
  • ADHD: Strategies for coping with ADHD in everyday life.
