A minor girl molested by 20 men over 30 minutes publicly in Guwahati while everyone either watched it or joined in!

She studies in class 11 so she cannot be more than 16. A minor girl, technically still a child. In front of a club she was publicly molested for over 30 minutes by 20 men, who were all laughing at her plight while the little girl, defenseless as she was, was screaming for help while more and more men joined in to molest her. One man in brown t-shirt slapped her repeatedly while she fell down several times on the floor. She cried and yelled. It was right on the main road while hundreds of cars went ahead crossing her

No one came to her rescue.

The case is now being fought by the National Commission of Woman. Three miscreants have been arrested. Maybe they will be penalized. The question now is will we also penalize the hundred odd people who were bystanders, over lookers and driving cars that wizzed past her?

What is the status of a girl, a woman in India??
