About Celestial Crafters

Born and Raised in Poverty in the slums of Dandora in Nairobi Kenya, an aid organization came to my rescue offered me an opportunity and I grasped it to the fullest. This organization supported my studies and through my perseverance and resilient, I finished successful and emerged in Automotive engineering. I later transitioned to work space and later went to Germany for Industrial Mechanic. Facing numerous challenge like undervaluation, exploitation, and discrimination in this fields , I decided to take a career break. During this period I discovered the technology field and I fell inlove with it. I was driven to create a space where women can thrive and be appreciated. Aimed at giving back to my community.

And that is how Celestial Crafters was born, our mission is deeply rooted in the personal experiences of our founder, Serah Kamau.

An Issue That Affects Our Community

Women globally face significant barriers in tech, including gender bias, lack of representation, and limited access to resources. These challenges perpetuate the global gender gap, hindering innovation and progress.
