About me: Selena Rezvani

I am in my sweet spot when collaborating with clients to help them reach their full potential. Through my firm, NextGenWomen, I work to propel more women into the top echelons of businesses — an objective I achieve through career coaching, writing, and speaking engagements. I use creative techniques to elicit my clients’ specific career passions and help them to find well-matched roles. I coach everyone from established professionals to new graduates on interviewing skills, resume design, and social media/image management. I also help my clients negotiate raises and promotions, and engage in success strategies on the job that differentiate them and get them noticed. I wrote my acclaimed debut book, “The Next Generation of Women Leaders” (Praeger, 2009) while pursuing my MBA at Johns Hopkins University, where I graduated first in my class. I also earned a masters degree in social work from New York University. My style is encouraging, empowering, and most of all, knowledgeable. I help you remove barriers, sharpen your focus, and prioritize actions to achieve career satisfaction. I look forward to working together!
