¡Ay yay yay! ¿Español? Learning a New Language

I'm excited that there are so many new spanish speakers on PulseWire! ¡Quiero escribirlos pero mi español es muy mal! I get quite frustrated because it takes me so long to write anything in spanish. I'm sure many in the PulseWire community can relate if you are writing in english here when your primary language is not english.

Every time I travel to a spanish speaking country (Mexico, Spain) my spanish improves briefly and then I quickly lose everything that I had learned! Dígame si quisieras practicar inglés y ayudarme con español. ¡Voy a visitar Puerto Rico en Octubre y quisiera mejorar mi español pronto! Espero que con la práctica no voy a perder mi capacidad de habla español. ¡Tengo muchas preguntas! For now, I lean heavily on this website: http://www.spanishdict.com/

Do you know any good websites to help with my spanish? Do you know of any better online translators to help with what I can't figure out how to say??

Also, are you from Puerto Rico or have you been to Puerto Rico? Please recommend places to see and things to do! Do you know of any amazing organizations there that I might be able to connect with? I'll be there from October 1-18th with a few other American friends who are also very interested in the land, people, history and politics of the islands.

Otra vez, ¡una gran bienvenida a todas las nuevas miembras quien habla español!
