I wanted to send you my heartfelt thanks for all the time and passion you've put into reviewing the 2011 applicants' assignments for Voices of Our Future. You play a critical role in helping select the Correspondents each year. Your comments and feedback on the assignments also keep many of these women going--it signals to them that there are people out there willing to listen to their voices.

As you start in on your last week of reviews, enjoy yourself! Take the time to add some of the applicants to your growing community of grassroots women leaders around the world.
