In today’s culture a victim is easily vilified. A handful of bogus sexual harassment claims has poorly lit the path towards justice for genuine victims. While our struggle is authentic, to revolutionize, it starts within. Predetermined opinions towards victims stems from a record of other women crying wolf. We have shaped a culture that seems to defend the invader and we give the impression to have participated. To triumph, we need to form solidarity. The “one bad apple spoils the rest” frame of mind affects us in a colossal way. The one poor choice we make, fairness will not prevail. We need to change our story; we need to stand up with a unified voice.
