Dedication

I have had my first skype meeting with the correspondent in the VOF program as her vision mentor. I have the privilege of holding a vision that she is willing to execute. What it requires of her is to do her day job and volunteer to do at least two other jobs to move forward the agenda for women who are victimized and for those who are living somewhat invisibly with disabilities. Her words have the opportunity to change peoples lives and she is committed to writing in a clear, articulate and compelling way for all the organizations and communication vehicles that will carry her stories and reports.

Documenting stories and facts and personalizing issues is one of the most powerful things we can do. I know as a coach the biggest part of my job is to listen generously. Listen for what is being said and what it makes possible. I see my correspondent writing and I see her words being listened to in a generous way and nothing but good will come of it.
