WACENA-Uganda, through its Credit and Savings (livelihood) empowers the rural mothers in Kamuli district with Wheelchairs, buying and marketing their hand-made materials as well as teaching them about their rights.
Community participation as always been overwhelming and a tool behind the success of these projects!
