\"...And much of this is of our own making. We refuse to open our eyes to the real world around us. And because we refuse to do that, we refuse to bring the real world into the Masjid or take the Masjid outside into the real world. So the Khutbahs are empty headed. The Masjids have no content in them. They just serve as a decorative purpose to satisfy some persons' religious feelings. No one wants to go into, Well, do we have some people who are disturbing our lives? Who are dividing us? Who are killing us? Do we have that type of courage to open our eyes and say, Well come to think about it, Yes! we do have those. Ok. If we have those, are we to be silent about them? or Are we to permit them through our silence to continue to knock us down and to knock us out and to finish us off? Is that our attitude!!?\"
