From Obscurity to becoming a Published Author!

I'm thrilled to announce the launch of my first co-authored book, "The Way She Leads: Insights and Lessons from the Lives and Experiences of Women Who Lead" with 12 other amazing women leaders.

Talk of the power of Collaboration! This journey has been both humbling and empowering, and I'm eager to share it with you all.

Lao Tzu stated 'The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step.'

This is a journey that began early last year, from a dream of 22 years ago, and has finally come to fruition! Glory to God! Dreams come true!

When the Publisher reached out to me about a year ago to participate in the "She Leads" project that seeks to elevate women's voices, I was deep in my PhD coursework and too overwhelmed to get involved, but he didn't give up. I received that call again, about two months ago and even though i felt alot of fear and anxiety, and wondered what i would write about, i chose that bold step.

I have come to realise that as women, we have alot within us that come bring positive change and transformation to the society, just like we have through World Pulse, and writing a book is one goal that should be on every womans list of life accomplishments.

Each one of us has lessons, experiences, stories of resillience that will help someone else.

We will be launching the book on Friday, 1st November, 2024 at the Trademark Hotel. Please join us if you can.
