I AGREE THAT THE ISSUE OF HOW THE GLOBAL RECESSION IS AFFECTING AFRICA SHOULD BE THE CONCERN OF THE 20 LEADING ECONOMIES AS THEY MEET IN LONDON NEXT WEEK BUT IT WILL BE A WASTED EFFORT IF THE FINANCIAL HELP RENDERED AS A RESULT OF THIS DELIBERATION ENDS UP IN THE POCKET OF THE CORRUPT AFRICAN LEADERS WHO WILL HAVE ONE MORE REASON TO SEND THEIR WIVES AND GIRLFRIENDS TO EUROPE AND AMERICA ON SHOPPING SPREES.
