I heard an announcement in cameroon by an entertaining industry..casting for role of a truck driver and a gate man. ..since I got the talent I decided to apply..when I arrived at the casting. .I was very pissed off with what I was told .."madam sorry, a woman can take the role of a truck driver or a gateman",oh lord, what has my sex got to do with my talent? Why is it that in a movie a woman can't be a gateman, mortuary attendent, a truck pusher?what is all this ..I got the talent to take those roles,just to be disqualified because of my sex...what is all this discrimination about? Why all the assumption when it concerns women?
