I'm a young (increasingly young-ish!) female Chief Exec, writer and public speaker. I also like peanut butter so much its borderline inappropriate. That's pretty much everything you need to know about me.

Becuase this isn't about me. It's about you. And the impact we can have for female leadership and wellbeing.

The real world of female leadership is hidden behind a façade intended to inspire women and mitigate the worst of gender-driven criticism. This façade hides the truth and ultimately hurts us all. It ill-equips the next generation of female leaders for the road ahead, misinforms our allies and perpetuates double-standards.

I want my impact be to break that façade – bringing urgently-needed honesty, intimacy and wisdom. In a refreshing change from the often dense and façade-driven inspirational dialogue on female leadership, I deliver succinct precepts and humanising stories to make this hidden world truly accessible. In doing so, my work will appeal significantly to any career-minded woman, and to the much wider demographic of those curious about this opaque world.

My writing and speaking distills my hard-won lesson learned, often combined with a personal story and a bit of a laugh. Here's what you can expect:
