Gun Violence in the United States

     It's always in the news here.  Just a few hours ago, there was news coverage of a shooting in a neighboring city, Raleigh.

     I just looked at the list of U. S. Senators and Representatives who receive contributions from the NRA, including Senator Burr, representing North Carolina.  Burr received over 9,000 dollars from the NRA.  This was a long list!  Pretty shocking.  This is one reason why the NRA has so much power, in my opinion.
