From across the globe against all the hindrances and odds, you all have decided to converge at the World Pulse and stir the change that you want, by telling stories affecting humanity, women, and young girls to launching initiatives that ensure that your voices get sealed in and changes get going and been on the forefront of fighting for what you believe in. I hail you all brave heroines who are super determined to be the cause of change and not just benefactors of change.

You have advocated for human rights and, the safety of women and children and also fought for those who were denied their rights and oppressed in their own countries. You have also gone a long way in ensuring that the refugees, the disabled, and those discriminated by culture regain their sanity and livelihood. Bold souls who haven’t succumbed to fear instead dared to go even further in seeking inclusivity in the running of affairs.

The vision is clear, the fighters are set, and looking back is not part of the deal. The goal is to make the world a better place for women to bloom in and enjoy equality in all aspects of life without having to pay an extra price for being women. It is how you have fought for the justice of the fallen sisters who during their lives, were subjected to humiliation and so much hurt was meted on the womanhood, leaving no stone unturned, their souls must be rejoicing in heaven and clapping for you because, through the sisterhood spirit, the future of girl will be safe.

To those who have taken awards homes, we are proud of you, you’re our great motivation that we can be anything we want to be, we just have to put in the smart work, focus, and hope that we will get exactly what we yearn for. Every day the sisterhood grows because the platform doesn’t discriminate I mean it doesn’t matter what race you come from, your educational background, professionalism, religion, or culture but characterized by the desire to amplify one another voice and make/leave the world better than we found it.

Happy International Women Day’s to the entire sisterhood the icons of our era who stand fearless in the fight towards ending all the inhumane acts meted out to women. Who is at the forefront of ensuring no other girl experiences hostility in the places they call home or in the hands of those meant to protect them? You are already on the battlefield and I wish you all victory I dream that someday nature will be kind enough and the living terms of our women will no longer be determined by their gender but by the fact that they are humans and they deserve every good thing life has to offer. The future is bright because we are paying the price and refusing to be just defined by our gender, we are women but above all we are humans. Hail you, heroines!
