A beautiful Zimbabwean fruit

I am maHadebe I live in rural Zimbabwe. I love the variety of foods available in the countryside I usually eat these indigenous foods because they are wholesome and healthy. I believe that our health is affected by the food we eat. Foods that we eat provide we enjoy them but they also defend our bodies against disease sometimes they help cure disease. Most locally food wherever you live provides most of the nutrients we need.

Such as amazambane peanuts, amajodo(paddy melon), imbambayila(sweet potato), indlubu(roundnuts), uxakuxaku a fruit
