Helping child mothers through equipping women

Hey team world pulse,

Am always excited to share what's happening in my community. Because of the lock down and children are not in school there's need to keep them busy mostly the young girls to prevent child pregnancies and early marriages.

The soap idea came up and it was well received by the community and had positive results but unfortunately I lacked enough resources to reach out to the rest of the community. But those I have trained are benefiting already and are helping their communities keep clean hands and earning income and dignity and self esteem.

There's a challenge of food and the widows want to do farming and goat rearing and poultry farming to have food and sell the rest to have other domestic needs and also take care of the teenage mother to avoid early marriages.

In my community widows inherit nothing, land and property is taken by in laws. So they don't have no where to farm and it's a rainy season suitable for farming.

I want to aquire land for the women and girls to farm and get rid of famine. Any kind of help will highly be appreciated to support our women and girls
