I SPEAK FOR MYSELF

hello pulse community,here is my story...i was born out of wedlock and as result, my step dad disowned me when i was born. my mom is only subsistence farmer in an area where there is unreliable rainfall. this made my mom to move up and down so as to raise me. she struggled alot even after my step dad saying that i should be killed because according to the society's taboo i was bringing curse to the community. my life has been full of hustling and my mom has to be submissive to my step dad for the benefit of my siblings. now am in campus studying bachelors degree in tourism management and i dont know how i will finish my studies.getting a sponsor of part-time job which will enable me pay my fee will appreciate greatly. i dont want any other kid go through the same have gone through. i wanna spread awareness to all women to be able to speak for themselves and be confident about who they are...starting with my mom.
