I want to nominate Urmila Chanam for spirit award for her contribution for our sisters. She is founder of Breaking the Silence Worldwide Foundation, an organization focussed on menstrual hygiene management, family planning and sexual and reproductive health of adolescent girls and women in India and globally. I am inspired by her work, strategies to raise voice and way to break the silence. I am working for social and economic empowerment of women in rural India. Her work is really amazing and inspiring for all.
