A significant factor in forming society is the media. Regional media tends to highlight family history above accomplishments. "Autorickshaw driver's girl make hear father proud by securing 98% in Board exam" and "mother is doing household work , now son has fulfilled her dream and give her dignity" Why did this make news? Only accomplishment should be used to highlight talent or accomplishment. When we discuss the dignity of employment, the news usually leads us to believe that jobs such as maids and autorickshaw drivers are useless, and that the only reason these people have dignity is because their kids are doing well in study.

We discuss mental health, the right to an education, and child suicide as a result of study stress, but the headlines in our news are always about "A carpenter son became IAS and made him proud" and those children who are not good in study are worthless! Are their parents burdened by them? Do kids have an obligation to help their parents escape poverty? Many carpenters have made millions of dollars by pursuing their passion as a business. So, for this miracle, all kids should look up to their parents? Is it feasible in every scenario? It's high time for the media to redefine news.

Every child has the right to an education, regardless of their gender, caste, or financial situation. The media should bring attention to this and ensure that any youngster who is having trouble accessing or receiving an education is given the opportunity to do so.If any village has no school, media should highlight it And when everyone is treated equally, all that has to be considered is ability and success. When a campaign, news story, or advertisement highlight children getting family out of poverty, it can often be unbearable for the rest of the population. There are a lot of orphans in our country, lots of women commit suicide and while parental responsibility is rarely covered in the news, elderly homes (Old age home) are always in news.
