Introducing myself and my journal: CEO



About Me:
. I’m a highly motivated person graduate in field of Development studies from Mount Kenya University, Project Management & Community Development Diploma level from the Premese Africa Development institute, CBOs 7 NGOs Management and Special Needs Education certificate level from KISE. At the moment, I’m pursuing Masters.



I have worked extensively in various fields that give me the needed competence to do the job. For example, I worked as Project Manager for International NGOs over 5 years at Africa. For 3 years, I worked as Coordinator.



Currently, I’ am working as a Program Manager. My job involves; overseeing the project, staff management, project proposal writing and financial adviser to the organization among many other duties. This has enabled me to improve my verbal skills, learn how to engage in healthy competition and so create a good working relationship with clients and colleagues.



I’m confident, honest, flexible and open to ideas. I have the ability to establish good working relations with people at both locally and international levels in a multicultural environment. I’m competent in the use of computers packages including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Power Point. I have knowledge in the Human Resources Management, Administrative, Secretarial, finance controlling. I’m self-motivated and like to take initiative for what I’m doing. I’m able to make the necessary decision based on the information gathered for the specific task and to meet deadlines. I have the ability to interact well with others and also able to work under pressure. I’m a fast learner, and I’m able to work well without being supervised both as an individual and in a group.



My objectives is to work in a challenging cosmopolitan organization Environment that provides a wider scope for career development where my qualifications will be an asset to the organization, and to help maintain high standards of service. I’m determined to be an efficient employee in the diverse business environment that will offer me opportunity for personal growth, encouraging advancement through skills acquisition, job enrichment and progressive learning
