About Me:
I am a transplanted Haitian living in Los Angeles. I practiced medicine for 20+ years before waking up to the fact that we need to change our nutrition and our lifestyles to heal our bodies and our planet. Our modern lives are breaking down the planet and the environment, and our poor nutrition is breaking down our bodies. We need to outlaw all genetically modified plants and most pesticides, develop solar, hydraulic and wind energy, and plant vegetable gardens and lots of flowers for the bees. We all need to eat more organically grown vegetables and fruit, and less meat and poultry. We all need to meditate and exercise, even 20 minutes a few times a week will increase well-being.
I am trying to disseminate information about health, nutrition, and practical gardening to people who are interested in becoming healthier through nutrition, exercise and practical lifestyle changes.

My Passions:
Sustainable ecosystems, nutrition for health, herbs and their uses, Haitian History

My Challenges:
Developing a voice for and finding a platform to talk about practical things we can do to eat better, spend more time out of doors and walking in nature, and ways to improve our health through nutrition.

My Vision for the Future:
I believe the world needs to unite in fighting the profit-making industries that are ruining our ecosystems through pollution and exhaustion of the earth's natural resources. We must achieve sustainable living in order to preserve the earth and humans.

My Areas of Expertise:
Medicine, nutrition, back pain, rheumatology, Haiti
