Introducing myself and my journal: Encouraging more Women in Politics



About Me:
I am a Yoruba woman from Nigeria. A broadcast journalist with over fifteen years experience. My focus of research is on why women lag behind in Politics, especially in Africa! Our Politicians use our women during campaign and election, enticing them with stipend to organise voters for them.I worked with RadioLagos/Eko FM, Lagos Nigeria as Current Affairs Officer, News Editor, Duty Continuity Announcer and Programmes Editor.
Presently, I am the Head of Programmes, UNIQ 103.I F.M, Ilesa Nigeria.



My Passions:
Reading, Writing and Travelling.



My Challenges:
To assist in lending voice in encouraging more women in Politics.



My Vision for the Future:
To look back and smile! When we have at least 80% of women in politics in the future!
