About Me: As a doctoral student at Regent University for the past three years, I am doing extensive research in the area of woman's empowerment and the democratization of leadership development. I have a passion for seeing women in developing nations empowered and I want to help them find and express their voice. I believe that empowered women are the key to poverty reduction in developing nations.
