Introducing myself and my journal: Once Upon a Time

About Me:
Once upon a time a baby girl was born. At the age of five she already held a dream for her life. She wanted to know the world. She held that vision for many years. Then, one day when she was in college, she boarded a plane that took her to Europe and trains that took her to Prague. With excitement and anticipation her global journey had begun.

On another day, many years later, she had an epiphany and, in an instant, knew that in addition to her quest to know the world, she was embarking on a quest to know herself and her place in an amazing and evolving Cosmos. With deep curiosity and gratitude, her inner journey had become explicit.

Over the following years, the distinction between her physical journey and her spiritual journey melted more and more into each other. And out came an understanding that, whatever the specific events of her life might be, they were all weaving themselves into a beautiful and artistic tapestry. She discovered that, no matter what, where, or with whom, she was conscious and aware in order to create and Co-Create. It had always been so. And so she did. With joy and a child's innocence.

Then, one day last year, as she contemplated and wondered about the emergence of a new stage in her life, she said to herself, "I think I'll write a little story. And I'll put one of my photographs with it." And so she did. Since then, hundreds of little stories have emerged with many more to come. Some of these stories are about her childhood, about being a woman and a mother, about living in the US (where she was born), in Europe, in The MIddle East, Africa, The Caribbean, South America, and Asia. Other stories are also about nature and Life and caring for our Mother, the Earth. And yet others are contemplations and reflections about what an amazing experience it is...to be alive! Within the realm of Co-Creativity, she knows they have been received into The Cosmos. Once upon a time and forever.
