Introducing myself and my journal: Rise and sunshine

About Me:
I was born in Western kenya 22 years ago where women are not recognized at all.My own family has 4 girls and 1 boy.This has seen my mum go through a hell of time including harassment by in-laws and my dad encouraged to engage another woman for a boychild.in my community a womans place is in the kitchen where going to school is rated as modern woman.healthwise a woman would suffer in silence especially to do with the reproductive system leading to deaths.i have studied communication and Media Technology with a bias in Public Relations from maseno university.

My Passions:
Playing volleyball,writing,making friends and serving others

My Challenges:
Financial constraints,wider networks both academic social and economic

My Vision for the Future:
Women being able to speak out their minds and compete with men without favours from men
