She’s on a mission to make organizations better places to work so that all of us can do work that matters and plays to our strengths all while meeting the organization’s goals.

Rebecca is an experienced consultant in the field of organizational transformation, change management and innovation. Her 20 years of experience spans both large-scale, multi-million dollar projects to small, independent one-on-one coaching relationships. Her clients have included UPS, Apple, Google and Pacific Gas and Electric. Beyond consulting she’s an expert facilitator, coach, and innovator.

Previously, Rebecca was a Director of Culture and Capability with ?What If! Innovation Partners, a global innovation consultancy, a Manager in Accenture’s Change Management and the Vice President of People at a financial services internet startup.
