About Me:
Country representative of Diakonia in Egypt and focal point for mainstreaming Gender and HIV/AIDS in Diakonia’s work in the Middle East region. Sixteen years of successful work experience in the field of community development and civil society strengthening as a leader, manager, planner, researcher, advocate, trainer, and social worker at local, national, and regional capacities in 5 development organizations; CEOSS, CARE International, Dorcas Aid International, World Education and Diakonia. Highest obtained degree was Master of International Business Administration in 2008. Publications include manuals on Rights based Approaches, Project Cycle management, Strategic Planning, Good Governance, Gender, Awareness raising, NGO management, TOT and Organizational development, and learning papers on Community mobilization and combating corporal punishment.
