Introducing myself and my journal: Tradition and Maithili Women in Nepal

About Me:
I am Rekha karna. I have been working with ILF-Nepal as an administrative officer for three years. I would like to do my best towards women rights and welfare, empowerment, education, employment etc. I am a single parents of my three kids. it was not easy for me to raise my kids alone while they are very small. but I have been trying to raise my kids with proper foods, education and care as I can. I would like to talk about those women who are alone, single parents of their kids and trying very hard to grow their kids throughout life having no support.

I would like to work hard for women's welfare and right in Nepal.
