Introducing myself and my journal: Transitions

About Me:
I am the embodiment of all that is good and pure, and yet
there is that inherent wicked part of me constantly trying to overcome
the good. I am the staunch defender of my faith, and yet I am open to
hear what you have to say about yours.

I am the woman who loves a good clean joke, who is not above
masterminding a great prank. But I am also the women who in
the midnite hour weeps for all who are lost, hurting, and unloved.
I am at times as bold as the roaring ocean overtaking the
beach; but I am also as retiring as a leaf floating down a creek.
I am that bright splash of paint on an empty canvas, as well as
the empty space and shadows around it.

I am one who listens well to what you say; I'm also the one who
understands your silences.
I can cry at the exquisite beauty of a rainstorm and in the
next moment rant and rave because I have to drive in it.

Daily I navigate thourgh the murky waters of sexism and
racism, which on the surface has been irradiated, but which lives on
in the hearts of man; But I am also the dream spoken of in the
speech of Dr. Martin Luther King.
