Introducing myself and my journal: Travel for Peace

About Me:
I have worked in the development sector for nearly ten years. I have volunteered for development nationally (Sri Lanka) and interrnationally (Papua New Guinea) for three years. I completed my last assignment as a volunteer with VSO in Papua New Guinea last year (2012) and started my own media company. As a start up I have plans to launch a trade and tourism Directory that cater to promote SME sector for the tourist market. I like to use the experience I had in the development sector in what ever I do in the future.
My dream is to launch a magazine that take the message of peace and coexistance to the holiday travellers. I believe that the holiday mood is a good opportunity to let people think positively about their responsibilities as citizens of the world community.
I consider the " Voice of our Future Correspondent" program as a good opportunity for me to know about new technologies that I can use to imporve the standard of my work and achieve my goals.

My Passions:
Serve the world and see the world

My Challenges:
To keep up with the fast pace of development

My Vision for the Future:
World without violence

My Areas of Expertise:
