Introducing myself and my journal: WOMEN STRENGTH

About Me:
I am a 36 six year old mother of three aged 11, 8 and 6. I hold a diploma in broadcast journalism which I completed in 2010. I always wanted to study journalism to be able to speak to a lot of people (to have an audience).However, due to financial constraints and having been born at a time that one did what you were told without asking questions, I shelved my ambition until when I got an opportunity, by which time I was 5 months pregnant with my now 6 year old. I had to attend evening classes for I had to fund my education. my daughter was born one month before I sat for my first exam but I did it anyway.
Eventually I did complete my four year course and was very proud to be published in a newspaper for the first time. I felt my dream had started materializing. I would wish to be heard all over the world and that is one reason I have registered with VOF so that I can voice my views to the widest audience.

Reading, Writing, Travelling, meeting new people.
