Introducing myself to the group



Hi everybody!
I am very glad I found this group today, as I cook everyday and would love to share cooking ideas, tips and everything.



To introduce myself, I will do it with a very nice recipe, healthy and sweet: apple dessert



Ingredients:



2 medium red apples per person, cored and cubed (don't peel them)



How to make it:




  • Put a heavy pan into medium heat, or any pan in medium heat with a flame deflector

  • Put the apple cubes to cook, and mix them up gently, with a wooden spoon or wooden sticks. The apple cubes will begin to shed juice. Cook until the juice is dry and the apples have lost half of their original color.

  • Serve each portion with a pair of wooden sticks, it is fun even if you don't know how to use them.



Remember there is no need to add water, or anything else. This dessert is very good for everyone, kids love it, you can use it in all kinds of diets and you will always be able to have some more without fearing anything. The result is a very sweet dessert.
