My name is Precious, also known as Mama Ohis (in my country, when a women gives birth, she is automatically identified with the name of her child, sometimes the first child but it is subject to change if she has more and then it becomes the name of the most notorious, mine is the name of my beautiful last child, strong willed but full of love) and I make furniture

Usually, furniture making in my country/state is reserved for men because it requires heavy lifting and generally artisans are people whom their family or guidians feel have zero or little educational value so they send them to learbba trade with the hope that they are not totally useless when they become adults and can at least fend for themselves.

Well, here I am, educated and making furniture. Using my education to fine tune and take furniture making to the next level.

Do I work with societal rejects? They make the bulk of apprentices I have in my shop

We fight, argue, play, eat, laugh, work and create perfect magic with love for people to enjoy

I learn from them, they learn from me

Together, we have managed to build a family that has had the privilege of seeing generations of same rejects standing on their own, becoming pillars to their families

I enjoy the shock of men and women seeing a woman doing a "man's" job and enjoy the awe they have in the finished job I give them and they often refer me a lot

I love what I do even though it was time and chance that happened to me plus God played the best factor

Do I get frustrated? Yes

But I always draw strength from God and counsel from my pastor, a woman too, who is a force and the best Mentor I've known or had.

Anyway, that's a summary of me

Thank you
