Je viens de terminer les formations en options suivants :
- Droits Humains
- Développement durable
- Logistique
Avec les différents documents obtenus me permettront, à se familiariser avec mes prédécesseurs pour l’orientation de dites connaissances. Je souhaiterai ensemble, nous aidons les femmes, filles congolaises connaitre la loi ; parce que nul n'est sensé ignorer la loi de son pays. Comme devise des droits humains : Amour, Défense, Développement. Les femmes, filles congolaises doivent être informées et formées pour ne plus emporter par n’importe quel vent, et dénoncer tout acte portant atteinte aux droits humains. Entant activiste, je dois toujours plaider pour le compte des personnes dont les droits sont violés dans le but de changer leur situation. Le monitoring c’est un écran où l’on met tous ceux qui se passent dans l’ombre pour être poursuivi par l’Etat. Pour faire un plaidoyer il faut trois étapes : collecte des données, élaboration, action. Défendre les problèmes généraux qui touchent la population.
- Développement durable : nous devons chercher la transformation de notre population c'est à dire changement des mentalités. Partant de la définition : Développement est une amélioration quantitative, qualitative et durable d’une économie et son fonctionnement. Elaboration de projet, il faut suivre les facteurs suivants : humains, matériel, financier et technique. Pour que votre projet soit un bon projet, il faut suivre trois étapes : le Temps : faire un calendrier des activités, Budget : l’expression monétaire du projet et Envergure : c’est l’activité nécessaire à réaliser pour atteindre le projet. Le cycle de vie d’un projet : nous avons la programmation : elle consiste à un accord entre « population ou la prospection », Identification : récoltés les données et les bénéficiaires du projet, mise en œuvre, suivi permanent (un acteur au développement) des activités, la formulation : étude de faisabilité : matériel à utiliser où le lieu du projet, évaluation.
- Logistique : est un ensemble des deux ou plusieurs activités qui a pour objectif de plan dans le but d’atteindre l’origine d’un flux efficace pour les matières premières, produit semi-fini, produit fini, au point original, au point de consommation. Son rôle est central et essentiel. Il s’agit d’assurer le meilleur traitement possible de marchandises ainsi l’optimisation du stock de la distribution aux clients. Logisticien doit éviter la rupture des produits dans l’Entreprise, il doit se baser sur le ratio (qualité, délai, prix). Avoir une liste des fournisseurs sur les bases des données.

The various documents I obtained will allow me to become familiar with my predecessors and consolidate my knowledge. I hope that together, we can help Congolese women and girls learn the law, because no one should be ignorant of the laws of their country. As the human rights motto goes: Love, Defence, Development. Congolese women and girls must be educated and informed, so that they are no longer just swayed by any wind, and so they can speak out against any act that violates human rights. As an activist, I must always plead the cases of people whose rights are violated, and try to change their situation. There is a monitoring system for all those who are hidden in the shadows to be monitored by the State.

There are three steps to advocating a case: collecting data, putting the case together, and action. It means defending the general issues that affect the population.

• Sustainable development: we must seek to transform our population, which means changing attitudes. We use this definition: development is quantitative, qualitative and sustainable improvement in an economy and its functioning. When putting together a project, we need to look at the human, material, financial and technical factors. To make sure your project is a good project, you need to look at:

Timescale: make a calendar of activities,
Budget: the monetary expression of the project,
Scale: the activity necessary to complete the project.

For the life cycle of a project, we have:
The Schedule: an agreement between the “population or prospective clients”,
Identification: collecting data and identifying the beneficiaries of the project, putting it into practice, ongoing monitoring of activities (which plays a part in development),
Formulation: a feasibility study involving material to use, or the location of the project,
Evaluation.

• Logistics: is a combination of two or more activities whose aim is to manage the flow of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products between the point of origin and the point of consumption. It plays a central and essential role. It involves ensuring the best possible treatment of goods, and optimising stock distribution to clients. Logistics coordinators must avoid product shortages within the business, by looking at the quality, cost and speed ratio. They have a list of suppliers on their database.

I would like your advice, and I hope this training can help the women and girls of the Mama Shujaa community to expand their knowledge.
