Learning from failure

LEARNING FROM FAILURE Failure is the word which awakens new hope and new challenge.

Mannat I belong to a middle class family where parents have lots of hopes from children that when they will grow will be a source of income. My mother was not a single mother. My father was a drug addictor and my mother by stitching people clothes single handedly brought us.My father had a govt job but pay was so small and my father had no interest in studies of us and in house. In european coutries govt supports u but in Asia all you had to by yourself. Even the blood relations dont support. After completion of B.Com my mother told me that she can't afford my further education and i had to do a job to support family. I went to a school they rejected me by saying that i was awaiting for result. I went to an other school they said the same. I went to third school and a Sir interviewed me and said to the owner that reject her i dont think she has any potential. I said to them Sir! Give me a chance i”ll prove my self. They rejected me. My mother was very disappointed. This failure challenged me that i ll be a loyal and true professional and will prove my self with my work and skills. I was called by them again and they called male to a distant city and a Chairman of a school interviewed me and his remarks which made me what i m today “ You can try her she is ok”. I was kept for 7 days probation period. After probationdays i got confirmed as a team member of the institute. I started the job as office assistant and started manging the things , organized events and highlightedthe school issues with school management. The time came when my b.com result was announced and i topped my town and made proud my parents and management. Of the institute. I got admission in M.Com in a university in second shift. School management allowed me to go early after completing my all tasks. I did not see whether it was day or night i worked for my institute to make it better and a reputed school in the town. The knowledge i was getting i shared with my colleagues for their betterment. I was promoted after seeing my hard work and pay was also increased. I was made branch coordinator and the time came i completed my degree and after that i dedicated myself to school. I worked day and night for the schoo. I checked the teachers lesson plans, revise the syllabus and organizes the academic and event calendars. There was a handsome increase in school admissions and school goodwill also increased. Every night the words of the interviewer challenged me to become what i was. A girl with skills and passion. I started earning a hansome amount by giving tuition to students. My mother was very happy as our days were changing. The day came when i was awarded with “5 Years Excellence Award “ which is still not given to any employee of the institute. My mother hugged me and we both had tears in our eyes. I was rewarded for my services, hard work, loyalty. I left the institute as an “Academic Coordinator”

The failure of rejection made me what i am today !
