If only there were no barriers in our lives and efforts, we would live in a society where people lack courage, determination, respect for human rights and all societal norms and values. Do you think such society is ideal or better? I would think not. With challenges and barriers come ideas, struggles, sense of pride, dignity, empowerment, and voices that can change our world. Challenges and barriers are like tests to prove you worthy or not and makes you work harder than ever. Think about a society where so many young women’s future have been robbed due to rape, violence, unwanted pregnancy, and drugs, where these young women have accepted life as it is, not knowing there can be light at the end of the tunnel and where poverty and disease is an icing on this big and tasteless cake.
Working with these young women can be difficult. The fact that these young women have lost their sense of pride and dignity and live in trauma due to violence perpetrated against them can be a serious challenge. Tell a woman she can achieve anything and she’ll appreciate it more than if you were to give her a bunch of jewelry. The best solutions are to make sure girls regain their lost past and make them dream and not dread their future. With this best solution I believe programs, seminars, projects and amazing ideas can pop up. You can break a single stick but not a bunch of sticks. Pulse wire and Laura is a bunch of sticks that can never be broken and used for an intended purpose. With pulse wire I can interact with inspirational people who can suggest ideas to solving our challenges. With pulse wire the world can learn about our situation and come to our rescue. With pulse wire the sky’s the limit. With pulse wire there is nothing we cannot achieve together.
