MASS INTEREST VERSUS GROUP INTERST.
Starting introducing myself – I am male 68+, from India. I invite all to become my friend in face book or similar sites, who believe in path of truth and non-violence and try to act accordingly within their ability and jurisdiction, straight forward, with their inner feeling for the positive progress of mass, groups and individuals for their genuine interest, .and keep good patience. The women and children group is the largest natural group, but only a part of human group. Total human interest fully covers the genuine interest of all woman and child, and with some high preference , at the same time is very important.
Because now the total human interest follows through numerous defects, deficiencies, hurdles and inefficient management, almost all type of interest of entire human society run through crisis and at great danger.
Till date the different management systems such as State administrative system, religious systems, many social customs and systems peculiar to different locality and community thinking, though are trying for progress and sometimes acting in a confusing manner, are not able to provide people as a whole to their reasonable expectations .
All these are moving in such speed which is similar to movement of a lame horse/lame ass , with forward and backward motion aiming to cover entire length and breadth of whole world. Here lame horsr/lame ass is the symbolic representation of active and inactive different management systems in force.
When we have experienced that all such leading giant organizations and management systems after their best efforts are unable to allow us expected result, we the interested public from different corners, different walk of life be united in a common platform to discuss the cause and causative factors responsible for such slowness and find out remedial measures to assist the said organizations by our findings. I submit below my idea in short and substance under subject heading “How to start participatory democracy” which may be a good way to start with modifications as felt appropriate.

FOR TRUE PARTICIPATORY DEMOCRACY, ALL INTERESTED PEOPLE SHOULD BE ALLOWED
WIDE POSSIBLE OPPORTUNITY TO PUT THEIR SPECIFIC IDEAS,SUGGESTIONS ETC. ON

DIFFERENT ISSUES FOR POINT WISE CONSIDERATION BY A PANEL OF JUDGES, FURTHER
QUESTIONING THE SUGGESTION GIVER ON DOUBTS AND CONFUSIONS TO CLARIFY,
FINALLY TO ARRIVE AT SOME DECISION. all these should be managed in a well
disciplined and justified manner through a platform maintained for the
purpose.
2) all such suggestion giver be asked to pay certain decided AMOUNT looking
to the length of their contents, in which sum the expenses are to be
managed.
3) In order to avoid prejudice, the name address and identity of suggestion
giver be kept secret from public and panel of judges. The suggestions are
to be considered only on the basis of merit and part or full of the
suggestions be accepted or rejected for further action.
