MUJER Y LIDERAZGO

Me gustaría participar de esta convocatoria, debido a que son muchas las mujeres que en mi ciudad no tienen acceso seguro a Internet, y aun no conocen del manejo de sistemas y las salas de internet no les brinda seguridad, en lo personal antes de tener computador era muy poco lo que hacia debido a que no me sentía segura y eso pasa con muchas de las mujeres de mi ciudad, hoy estoy buscando la forma que en una sala de sistemas del gobierno me le den un mes para que ellas como sus familiares puedan al menos aprender a prender y manejar lo básico, pero uno de mis sueños es poder tener en la sede de la fundación que dirijo una sala solo para mujeres y allí poder brindarles una formación mas personal y segura, he venido trabajando con ellas apoyándolas en el empoderamiento económico a través de la formación en artes y oficios y hoy gracias a Dios hemos logrado consolidar esos esfuerzos, ya las jóvenes se están incluyendo en esto y se hace cada vez mas interesante, estamos necesitando algunos recursos para seguir este empoderamiento que es una de las formas como las mujeres lograremos tener poder que nos acerque cada día mas a tomar nuestras propias decisiones que en ultimas van en beneficio de toda la familia, por muchos siglos hemos sido gobernadas por los hombres y cada vez nos discriminan mas pero estoy educando a las mujeres que hacen parte de la fundación y de la confluencia de organizaciones de mujeres, que coordino, a que nos empoderemos, una forma de hacerlo es tener acceso a las redes sociales, tener manejo del internen que nos permita comunicarnos con otras mujeres en el mundo y poder tejer una gran red que nos lleve a un empoderamiento integral, y así iniciar un cambio positivo en el mundo. una mujer empoderada social, económica y políticamente da como resultado una ciudad, un país y un mundo mejor.

WOMEN AND LEADERSHIP

I would like to participate in this call, due to the fact that there are a lot of women that in my city do not have safe access to the Internet, and they do not know at this time systems management and the internet chat rooms do not give them security, on the personal level before having a computer it was almost nothing what I did due to the insecurities I felt and that happens with a lot of women in my city, today I am looking for a way to get a month in a government computer room so that they just like their relatives could at least learn and manage the basics, but one of my dreams is to be able to have at the foundation headquarters that I manage a room just for women and there be able to provide them a more personal and safe foundation, I have been working with them supporting them in the economic empowerment through the formation in arts and trades and today thanks to God we have been able to consolidate those efforts, the young people are already including themselves in this and it becomes more interesting each time, we need some resources to continue this empowerment that is one of the ways us women can achieve power to get us closer each day and be able to make our own decisions that at the end will benefit all of the family, for many centuries we have been governed by men and each time they discriminate against us even more but I am educating women that are part of the foundation and of the confluence of women organizations, that I coordinate, to empower ourselves, a way of doing is to have access to the social network, to manage the internet so that we can communicate with other women in the world and be able to sew a big network to take us to an integral empowerment and like that start a positive change in the world. An empowered women, socially, economically, and politically gives as a result a city, a country and a better world.
