New Sun New Challenge; every woman is individual leader

I used to observe my mom every single day. She wakes up in the morning, makes breakfast for us, serves us, feed us and then send us to schools and his husband to work. Then she makes ready for herself to join her own work in hospital.She is a nurse. Her another duty begins with taking care her patients, after finishing her job she comes back to home , spent s time with us and cooks our meal. Night falls one tiring day stops. This is not for one day. she is doing this every single day. This picture not only related to my mom's life but also related to every single mom in the world, across borders, countries.
For me my mom is a leader, every working, non working mom is a leader.They motivate us, encourage us and inspire us to step forward with a glimpse of success.
We talk about women leaders across the world but have we ever thought that there is another leader behind them who have sacrificed their lives to make them to reach that position. When we see , hear sufferings about women we soul cries out.
But how many of us show proper respect to our own mother? I have seen many cases of old mothers who are not treated well by their children because they are old, can not income like before and they become childish when people are aged. I am not generalizing all of us but for some people who can not show proper respects towards their mothers.
We often abhor the work of prostitution. No one want to lead that life. But she choose the path often for earning her family.I have seen one woman who was involved in this job because her husband passed away and she had to leave her in laws home. She was not educated enough to have a good job. Most importantly she had 4 small children and she had to take that job because she did not want to keep them in extreme hunger.
Our mothers are like sun who always try to keep away darkness from our lives. They are the shining stars who always shows us path in the dark nights and the ringing bells who signals us in the thick folk when we are mislead.
Every mother on earth is leader, they are the motivators, hard working angels and sunshine of our lives.
Respect every mother, respect every women.
