Not Relenting,Not Backing Down

It is said that one does not need to see the whole stairs to take the first step

My journey into working with women and girls began blindly. I had set out with no experience of any sort ,the only tool I had was : Passion.

Passion for the other woman ,passion for the girl- child  and passion for humanity at large..

Passion brought me online every night for four years to teach women what symptoms the should expect from their bodies for some from their late thirties .

Despite the fact that I wasn't allowed to work outside my home, passion drove me into connecting with uncountable number of women, imparting their lives from the corner of my room having just a smartphone and internet as tools.

I continued travelling blindly ,then serendipitously bumped into World Pulse on the internet. The world became my oyester. I became energized and fearless.I had found a place of succour. I could tell my stories without fear of been judged .I got wings and began to flap in readiness to fly.

Energized,I revived my online writing platform for women and we found solace in writing poems in the heat of the pandemic.(E- book to be released on the 8th of this month).

I also organised skill acquisition training programme which many women took advantage of .

Fast forward to 2021 ,I together with another World Pulse sister have embarked on a mission to empower girls via the teaching of coding and building of problem solving apps.

Furthermore,to celebrate the International Women's Day three World Pulse sisters and I will be reaching out to some Nigerian women in a program showing them how to choose to challenge and empowering  them  mentally with tools to challenge the status quo.

Being a woman is beautiful. And being a positive  vibes circulator like my World Pulse sisters is super amazing.

Please note this not one of my sister turned me down when I reached out to them for the programme.

I feel super blessed to be amongst these beautiful souls and  fellow women crown fitters.

Happy International Women's Day in advance!
