Phenomenol life of an ordinary woman

I am Ugandan privileged to come from a middle class family amidst people at the base of the pyramid. I now have my own family of four that is my husband and two sons 19 and 13 years. We live and farm in the outskirts of the city. People at the base of the pyramid have become our mission as a family and we have committed to reach 200,000 of these people make them commercial farmers through knowledge sharing, monitoring their growth and marketing their products. Majority the poor in my community are women, yet women are very hardworking. As a family among the smallholder farmers we work with we consider at least 60% to be women. we give them special motivation and they embrace it to succeed. This is working and women are getting a daily income which has transformed their livelihood and that of their families. Addressing the issue of the market for smallholder farmers is key in transforming their status. It stimulates more production. Those in need and more that we can afford at the moment. We are interesting other partners to come on board for this noble cause. We spend $10 to support a smallholder farmer to become commercial. We all have an obligation of making the world a better place by improving the circumstances of the persons at the base of the pyramid in our respective platforms

How to Get Involved
