Sometimes we feel alone in the world

So broken, yet so ashamed to reach out

Oppressed by cultural norms

That we question the very essence of our existence

We tend to forget that every circumstance can be carved into good

We are so clouded by the negative perceptions that we forget to reach out

It is never late to stand tall and make that journey to a better you 

The wind might haul forcefully, but the mountain never  bows to it

Be a force of nature, put down the camouflage of false insecurity

Reach out when you have to

Only then can you let go and heal.
