The content of this video is important because some of the signs of unhealthy love can be hard to identify if you don’t know what you’re looking for. Many of the things that she mentions tend to become the norm and people can become desensitized to them. Unhealthy love can escalate to abuse, so it’s important to be able to identify the signs before it gets to that point.

In the video, she also mentions that she made it a point to learn more about herself and how she needed to heal. I feel like this self-reflection is one of the most important things that someone can do in order to make sure that they understand how their trauma has affected them and what steps they need to take in order to work through it and maintain healthy relationships in the future.
